Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager as we continue to grow! You will be a trusted advisor to our customers and will oversee the relationship with our customers and your team. You have a consultative mindset and aim to please. You can understand several business goals and processes across industries, tying them back to the Quickbase product, demonstrating the value of doing more with Quickbase. In short, you will own the success journey of our customers ensuring they have the right resources to accomplish their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Value Management: Analyze and understand your customer’s goals; determine the best approach to maximize their return on using our platform. Make best use of our service/support model to identify and capture the full potential of QuickBase to deliver value.
