BT has announced the appointment of Rachael Dickinson as its new head of marketing.
Ms Dickinson officially started at the company this week where she will lead its digital and customer experience marketing strategy as it continues its separation from Westpac.
Ms Dickinson brings over 18 years’ of financial services marketing experience to the new position, having most recently worked as global head of marketing, brand, digital and media at AMP Capital.
In that role, she was heavily involved in the proposed demerger of AMP Capital Private Markets.
BT’s chief strategy and product officer, Kathy Vincent, said she was delighted to welcome Ms Dickinson on board.
“She has exceptional experience across marketing disciplines and deep knowledge of financial services with a local and global perspective,” Ms Vincent said.
