This tool changed my friggin LIFE 🤌⁠

I *thought* I was pretty organized with my business (thanks to my majorrrrr perfectionism and control freak tendencies 🤗)…⁠

But the bigger my business grew, the more I realized that I had a BIG PROBLEM…⁠
⁠
Documents, assets, bookmarks, photos, recordings, checklists, SOPs, and “that one thing from that one event” were scattered EVERYWHERE. ⁠

As my team grew, new members were onboarded, and roles were re-arranged…⁠
⁠
It was becoming harder and harder for the RIGHT PEOPLE to get the stuff they needed to do their job. ⁠

It got so bad that I became a major bottleneck to the productivity of my team. ⁠
⁠
Because if someone needed something, they had to come to me, and I wouldn’t always be able to get back to them right away. ⁠
⁠
😵‍💫 Which meant delays and frustrations – ugh!⁠

So even though I DEF rolled my eyes the first time I heard about @Notion and thought “I have enough tools, I don’t need another one”…⁠

I WAS SO WRONG. ⁠

Having systems in place and ONE CENTRAL HUB where everything is stored and easily searchable has been a game changer for my team 🔥⁠
