This tool changed my friggin LIFE 🤌
I *thought* I was pretty organized with my business (thanks to my majorrrrr perfectionism and control freak tendencies 🤗)…
But the bigger my business grew, the more I realized that I had a BIG PROBLEM…
Documents, assets, bookmarks, photos, recordings, checklists, SOPs, and “that one thing from that one event” were scattered EVERYWHERE.
As my team grew, new members were onboarded, and roles were re-arranged…
It was becoming harder and harder for the RIGHT PEOPLE to get the stuff they needed to do their job.
It got so bad that I became a major bottleneck to the productivity of my team.
Because if someone needed something, they had to come to me, and I wouldn’t always be able to get back to them right away.
😵💫 Which meant delays and frustrations – ugh!
So even though I DEF rolled my eyes the first time I heard about @Notion and thought “I have enough tools, I don’t need another one”…
I WAS SO WRONG.
Having systems in place and ONE CENTRAL HUB where everything is stored and easily searchable has been a game changer for my team 🔥
(and no, this is not an ad. I’m just genuinely obsessed with @Notion) 🤣
