Mexican Restaurant Social Media Marketing Strategy For Evergreen Content [Video]

We have been trying to get evergreen content for a client, a local Mexican Restaurant, since October but kept clashing with seasonal decor so we rescheduled for this weekend. We want to lot of people at the restaurant so that the social media content looks super great so we decided to throw a fiesta thanking the city for all of their love and support.

Our strategy looks like this:
-Promoting the 100+ 5-star reviews on Google
-Promoting free tequila tastings (last time we did this it was SLAMMED on their slowest day)
-Promoting 2 for 1 draft beers
-Promoting 2 for 1 house margaritas
-Promoting live music
-Promoting food specials
-Sending DM’s and comments to people who interact with them on social media to personally invite them to the fiesta

Our shot list looks like this:
-Hot food coming out of the kitchen
-Servers interacting with guests
-Patio with lights on
-Bartender making drinks
-People having fun
-Interior and exterior shots
-Etc
