Translation: “We wanted to leverage technology and use newer school tactics to try to get direct to seller. You know, at the end of the day, we didn’t wanna be buying from wholesalers. We didn’t want to be, you know, have middle men in in the process, right? Like I knew with my experience in sales, I can talk to sellers, I can talk to homeowners. And so we wanted to basically create a direct to seller business model where we could get right in front of them, have the conversations, build the report, educate them on the market, what the market’s doing and what the value of the properties really are and why the offers need to come in at where they’re at in order to solve the problem that, that they’re trying to solve. And so we really focused on text message marketing. We leverage a platform called launch control, which we have a whole training series on launch control on our YouTube channel. We actually our training series came out before launch controls, training series, it actually even came out. So we leverage that. And you know, we really started doing that and we actually built two businesses side by side”
