We haven’t been able to do this for years. ✔️ – 1:50 – While this feature is new there are some restrictions on what can be done with these emails on Amazon. This is great for Repeat customers, High-Spend customers, and Recent customers.How can I access tailored audiences?Tailored audiences is currently in beta and is available to a limited number of brands based on previous customer engagement campaign engagement. We are actively expanding the beta to more brands.To be eligible for tailored audiences, your brand must have:- Sent 10 or more customer engagement campaigns with at least 1000 total emails sent over the last 10 campaigns- Average opt out to click rate less than 1% over the last 10 customer engagement campaignsRepeat customers – Customers who have ordered your brand’s products more than once in the last 12 months. These are your loyal customers. – Engage to reward loyalty, deepen relationships, and grow repeat purchaseHigh spend customers – The highest spending 25% of your brand’s customers in the last 12 months. Are you monitoring your Amazon PPC 2022 campaigns properly? It’s normal for an Amazon FBA seller to lose track because of getting so caught up in other high-responsibility seller tasks. If you are managing your Amazon Advertising campaigns correctly, then you are probably adding Negative Keywords to your campaigns so that you won’t be charged for them again in the future because they are unnecessary spend. Have you observed the glitch that happened to me wherein you have already added a Negative Keyword in the past, yet it shows up again in new Search Term Reports and charges you for it?! That is very frustrating! You can file an Amazon reimbursement claim for this! Amazon refunds their sellers when there are glitches that make their systems fail, as long as the seller files for proper Amazon FBA reimbursements. There are other known Amazon FBA reimbursement types, the most well-known one being for Lost and/or Damaged Units.But it does not seem to be well-known amongst the Amazon selling community that this Negative Keyword spend error type of Amazon seller reimbursement is quite easy to request as long as you follow their instructions.
