California City Changes Rules on Grocery Store Coupons [Video]

A city in California has passed a new ruling banning digital-only coupons in a bid to make special offers equally available to all shoppers.

Groceries in San Diego must now also offer paper coupons to reach customers who may not have access to the internet or smartphones. The city is the first in the country to implement this type of policy, KTLA reported.
