Marine Layer opens at Roseville’s Westfield Galleria Mall [Video]

ROSEVILLE, Calif. — San Francisco-based clothing company, Marine Layer, has opened in the Westfield Galleria Mall in Roseville. 

Marine Layer has around 53 stores in the United States, but this will be its first one in the greater Sacramento area, specifically Placer County. 

Marine Layer COO Adam Lynch says the company has looked for a location for a new store in the greater Sacramento and Placer County area for at least six years. 

“We know from the ecommerce side of our business that our customer is there, but we just couldn’t find the right street or mall project to move into,” Lynch said. 

The Westfield Galleria Mall Marine Layer location has been under construction for three months. The company has branded a new space and reshaped and developed existing stores.
