MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota-based Sun Country Airlines announced it has launched a new mobile app for travelers to keep track of flight information, a move that comes as a multi-year initiative to enhance the travel experience for its customers.
Chief Marketing Officer Colton Snow said easing that experience is a top priority for Sun Country. The app, available in both Apple and Google Play stores, allows users to book, re-book or cancel their flights, while also letting them manage any additional changes to their travel plans “on the go.”
“In anticipation of a busy 2024 summer travel season, the airline is prioritizing a new digital experience and one-stop-shop travel solutions,” said Jim Stathopoulos, senior vice president and chief information officer for Sun Country. “More digital access for our customers will enhance their day of travel.”
