Use Forms To Collect Client Information in Your Business

Forms enable you to collect any kind of information and data about your leads or clients in your business, in a way that can help you deliver more customised marketing campaigns, or provide your services.

For example, when a client books any of my ‘done for you’ Course Creation Services, they immediately get sent an ‘Onboarding Form’ by my system in Tekmatix.

This will gather up all of the information I need to start their course creation project for them – and all of their data and any files they uploaded to the form, then gets stored in their client record in the Tekmatix CRM.

When they submit that form, an automation then fires off which gets the project underway.

It’s sooooo much more effective than emailing back and forth and creates a much better customer experience.

You can also use forms for people to opt in to your email list, get the registration link to free webinars, get quotes for your services and so much more!
