Monument Healths 2nd Annual Nurses Social Media Takeover highlights what nurses do every day [Video]

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) – May 6 is National Nurses Day where we take time to raise awareness of all that nurses do in our society and acknowledge the vital role nurses play in hospitals across the country.

As part of National Nurses Day, Monument Health, for the 2nd year in a row, recognizes their own nurses’ hard work through a social media platform created by one of their registered nurses, Amanda Dosch.

Dosch says she and her husband, who is a marketing professional thought about creating content that could involve the many nurses at Monument Health, “I had this idea a couple of years ago, social media is an amazing platform to showcase nurses, the amazing work we do, the amazing teams we work with, and so really I just wanted a way for nurses to create content and Monument Health has supported it and so we take over all platforms during nurses week for the content …
